Get in touch
One inbox, read by me. Tell me which of the three below you are writing about and I will point you the right way.
Everything comes to the same address.
I read and answer everything myself rather than routing it through an assistant or an automated inbox, so a reply takes a little longer and it comes from an actual person. Nothing you send is an obligation to book anything.
Saying which of these it is in your first line saves us both a round of email.
One to one work
Individual therapy, the structured CBT package, or a single session. There is a short screening process before anything is booked, and it starts on the Start Here page rather than in your inbox.
The Don’t Do That Series
Registering your interest in the next 12 Week Programme cohort, questions about the book or the workbooks, or working through the material on your own.
Groups and commercial
Running the 12 Week Programme with your patients or your staff, workshops on stress, confidence or men’s mental health, speaking, training, or a partnership. Tell me the size of the group and what you are trying to solve.
None of this is compulsory. It just means my first reply can be useful rather than a list of questions back.
All work is delivered remotely.
Fees
Individual therapy: £85 per 50 minute session, online or by telephone. Two concessionary places at £50 for clients on a low income.
Payment is due 24 hours before each session. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are charged in full. Coaching and corporate work is priced separately.

Email is not monitored around the clock, and a message here may sit unread for a day or more. If you are in crisis, at risk, or need help now, please use one of these instead. There is no wrong door and nobody will think you have overreacted.
If you are already working with a mental health team, contact them first. They know you, and that matters more than starting again with someone new.
Psychiatry deals specifically with diagnosing and treating mental, behavioral, and emotional ailments. The primary purpose is to help people cope with issues and stress in their environment that make it challenging to lead a normal and healthy lifestyle.
