You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong before you reach out. You just need to know something isn’t working the way you want it to. This page walks you through how working together actually happens, from first contact to finishing.

This is a focused, time limited course of therapy: 10 sessions over approximately 15 weeks, combining CBT with structured, goal focused work. It’s therapy first, with clear checkpoints so you always know where you are in the process.

It isn’t open ended or exploratory work, and it isn’t a substitute for crisis care or specialist trauma therapy where that’s what’s needed. If that’s the case, you’ll be pointed toward the right kind of support instead.
