My name is Disree Shaw I am a Psychotherapist, Counsellor and CBT Therapist I specialise in emotional, behavioural and cognitive change. I work with clients to build their self-esteem and confidence by helping to change their mindset in order to achieve breakthroughs. Out of this emerges self-acceptance, self-development, improved communication and better relationships.

While I specialise in men’s mental health, my services are not exclusive to men. I’m great at building a rapport and the right safe and supportive environment where you can be honest without fear of judgement. My sessions are all bespoke to match your needs and concerns and my rates are competitive because I want my services to be accessible to all.  

Due to the current climate, I am only seeing clients online but once it is over I am back to seeing clients face to face. I also create mental health podcasts and videos to support clients outside of the session.
